Using highly aromatic essential oils from plants treatment is usually in the form of a full body massage. Treatment is very holistic and can help many ailments both emotionally and physically. The treatment aims to balance the body and so create an environment where self healing can occur.

Reflexology
A technique specifically using the pressure points on the feet to bring about a balance in the body. The therapist uses their thumbs to stimulate the points which may have been blocked in order to break down congestion. This is an ideal treatment during pregnancy or for the elderly as only the shoes and socks have to be removed.
Reiki
Reiki is an healing therapy which is both gentle and powerful. Treatments take place fully clothed and the practitioner simply places their hands onto the body in a series of movements. Treatments may be deeply relaxing or energizing depending on what is required at that moment. Suitable for all.
Thai Massage
A form of massage that involves a certain degree of participation from the client. Treatments are done fully clothed and on the floor. They usually take between 1 ½ to 2 hours . A combination of massage, acupuncture and stretching are used to free both the body and the mind. It helps improve flexibility and circulation. If you are having a Thai massage you will need to wear loose trousers and a t shirt. Oil is not generally used.
